Needs attention
The three counts on Needs attention, what each one means, what to do about it, and why a row stays counted after you refund.
Needs attention gathers the records that may need you to act. The sidebar shows the total beside Needs attention, and the Overview shows a "Needs attention:" strip with See details whenever a count is above zero. The counts cover all your records, not one month.
The three counts
Each count above zero gets its own panel on the page, with a button to the matching list; a count of zero gets no panel. When all three are zero, the page says "Nothing is counted here."

Money reached your wallet in the last two
In an unmatched transfer and in a failed payment where the money arrived, the payer's USDC is in your wallet. Fianto never holds your funds, and there is no refund API: if you refund, send the USDC back from your own wallet.
Why a row stays counted after you refund
Fianto cannot see refunds you send from your own wallet. An order with an unmatched transfer, or a failed payment whose money arrived, stays counted after you refund the payer. Keep your own record of what you have refunded. A past-due subscription leaves the count when a charge succeeds or when the subscription ends.
