Exports
Download your payments, orders, subscriptions or customers as a CSV file, for a date range of up to 366 days.
Each of the Payments, Orders, Subscriptions and Customers lists has an Export button. It downloads that list as a CSV file for the dates you choose, with the columns you pick.
Before you start
- Your account is approved.
- You know the first and last day you need, in UTC.
Steps
Open the export
Go to the list you want and click Export. A dialog opens, named after the dataset.
Choose the dates
Under Date range (UTC, both days included), set From and To, or click one of the quick ranges: This month, Last month, Last 30 days or This year. Both days are included, and a range can cover at most 366 days.
Filter by status, if you want
Status filter starts at the status the list is filtered by, or at Any. Pick one status to export only those rows. The customers export has no status filter. On Payments, the "money arrived" filter of the list is not applied to the export: it includes every failed payment.
Pick the columns
Under Columns, the usual columns are ticked; tick or untick the others. Choose at least one.
Download
Click Download CSV. The page says "Preparing your CSV — your browser will download it when it’s
ready." The file is named fianto-<dataset>-<from>_<to>.csv, for example
fianto-payments-2026-09-01_2026-09-30.csv.
Gross, fee and net
Amounts are in USDC with 6 decimals. Gross is what the payer paid, the service fee included; Fee is the service fee; Net is what reached your wallet.
What is in the file
- Dates are in UTC.
- Customer emails are what the payer typed, and are not verified.
- A text cell that starts like a spreadsheet formula (with
=,+,-or@, or with a tab or a line break) gets a'in front, so a spreadsheet shows it as text instead of running it.

Check it worked
Your browser downloads fianto-<dataset>-<from>_<to>.csv. Its first row names the columns you picked,
in Fianto's short form (for example gross, fee, net), and its amounts have 6 decimals.
Troubleshooting
If an export is refused, a page "The export did not start" says why, with a Back link.
